Very clean and well maintained 172M Skyhawk. Very nice paint and interior. Excellent glass. 3900 TT Engine has no oil consumption and excellent compression. 1950 Smoh . Lycoming has changed their TBO schedules and one should get many years of service from it. Very basic IFR panel. 2 navcoma one with gs. Garmin 155 gs. 2 place intercom. This airplane is as clean as any 172 I seen in a long time. Perfect to fly as is or dress up the panel as you see fit. The doors close perfectly and quietly. The wing door stop works properly. Wood grain panel. Never a trainer. NDH and no corrosion
